In this project, Smartlog is deploying the Smartlog Transportation Management System (STM) to provide Panasonic Malaysia with a centralized operational hub. The solution is designed to strengthen strategic planning, monitoring, and real-time control.

The initial implementation focuses on West Malaysia, with the Selangor Distribution Centre serving as a critical operational node. This facility is a vital part of Panasonic’s distribution network, requiring rapid throughput, seamless stakeholder coordination, and high-precision delivery scheduling.

The STM solution supports core operations, including:
