By activating an account or accessing the Website, Customers are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this Information Security and Privacy Policy. Accordingly, both the Company and its Customers are obligated to comply with the provisions set forth herein and fulfill their respective responsibilities in accordance with applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations.

1. Definition of Information

“Information” shall be broadly construed to include, but not be limited to, data, documents, financial information, sales information (including customer names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, contact email addresses, social media accounts, etc.), pricing information, quotations, customer lists, and location data (including GPS coordinates, latitude, longitude, and location timestamps) owned by Customers and uploaded to the Website.

Information also includes any data provided by Website users, including but not limited to names, addresses, telephone numbers, credit or debit card information, email addresses, dates of birth, IP addresses, and other personally identifiable information.

2. Collection and Storage of Information

“Collection and Storage of Information” refers to the collection and storage of Information on servers operated by the Company or its authorized hosting service providers.

The Company does not copy, transfer, convert, or store any Information on computers or devices that are externally accessible outside the designated server environment.

3. Ownership of Information

“Ownership of Information”: The Company acknowledges and agrees that any and all Information owned by Customers shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the respective Customers.

No ownership rights or rights to use such Information shall be transferred, granted, or licensed to any party, except as expressly provided under this Information Security and Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable Vietnamese laws.

4. Use of Information

“Use of Information”: The Company uses Information to develop, maintain, and improve the Website, enhance its functionality and usability, and provide users with a more effective and engaging experience when accessing the Website or conducting transactions through it.

The Company uses location data to provide transportation management, vehicle tracking, navigation, and other logistics-related services and functionalities.

Location data is collected only when necessary for the provision of such services and only after the user has granted the required permissions.

The Company shall not use Information for any unlawful purpose or to obtain any unfair commercial advantage over the party disclosing such Information.

5. Information Sharing with Third-Party Service Providers

“Information Sharing with Third-Party Service Providers”: The Company shall not rent, sell, or disclose Customers' Information to unrelated third parties without the Customers' prior consent.

However, the Company may engage or collaborate with third-party companies or individuals to provide certain services or perform specific functions and activities on its behalf (collectively referred to as “Service Providers”).

In such circumstances, the Company may share Information with Service Providers strictly to the extent necessary for them to perform their assigned functions or deliver the relevant services.

The Company shall require such Service Providers to maintain the confidentiality and security of Customers' Information in accordance with standards equivalent to those applied by the Company.

The Company may also share location data with third-party navigation and weather service providers to enable the corresponding features and functionalities within its applications.

6. Disclosure of Information

“Disclosure of Information”: To the extent permitted by applicable Vietnamese laws or as required by competent authorities, the Company may disclose Customers' Information to relevant regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties in response to lawful requests or legal obligations.

The Company may also use or disclose Customers' Information for purposes permitted by Vietnamese law, including credit assessment, reporting, debt collection, fraud prevention, and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the Company, its Customers, and Website users.

In such circumstances, Customers acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be held liable for disclosures of Information made in accordance with the provisions of this Policy and applicable Vietnamese laws.

7. Return and Destruction of Information

“Return and Destruction of Information”: Upon receiving a Customer's request, the Company shall, within a reasonable period, return, delete, or securely destroy the relevant Information.

The Company undertakes not to retain any copies of such Information in any form and shall ensure that the Information is deleted from its computer systems and electronic storage environments.

Upon a user's request, the Company shall delete stored location data within a reasonable period, unless continued retention is necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or to resolve disputes.
