On September 30, 2026, Smartlog participated in the Conference and Exhibition on Vietnamese Digital Technology Enterprises and Products in Ho Chi Minh City. The event was jointly organized by the Department of Information Technology Industry – Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology, and the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA), with the aim of promoting Make in Viet Nam digital technology products, fostering innovation and digital transformation, and supporting the growth of Vietnamese technology enterprises.
At the event, Ms. Giang Le – Business Development Director at Smartlog, delivered a presentation titled “ERP Solutions for Logistics Enterprises – Addressing National Logistics Challenges and Advancing the Digital Economy.”

Through the session, Smartlog shared a practical perspective on how enterprises can approach logistics digital transformation more holistically — not simply by digitizing individual functions, but by progressively connecting data, processes, and stakeholders across the entire operational chain.
This is also the solution that earned Smartlog the Gold Award at the Make in Viet Nam Digital Technology Product Awards 2025, in the category of Outstanding Technology Product in Transportation, Postal Services, and Logistics.
Logistics is a system-wide challenge, not just a software challenge
One of the key messages Smartlog brought to the conference was that major logistics challenges rarely exist within a single process; they often stem from a lack of connectivity across multiple links in the operating chain.
Transportation, warehousing, orders, planning, and supply chain stakeholders may all be managed across separate systems. When data is fragmented and processes are disconnected, enterprises struggle to build an end-to-end view of operations, limiting their ability to control, coordinate, and make timely decisions.
Drawing on practical implementation experience, Smartlog shared its approach to building an integrated digital logistics ecosystem that connects data, operational execution, planning, collaboration, analytics, and Control Tower capabilities on a unified platform.
Rather than addressing isolated bottlenecks, the goal is to create a continuous flow of data across the supply chain, enabling enterprises to gain better visibility into operations, identify exceptions earlier, and make faster, data-driven decisions.
From technology to measurable operational value
Beyond the solution architecture, Smartlog also presented real-world case studies across multiple industries, demonstrating how technology can address highly specific operational challenges — from improving operational control and resource utilization to connecting supply chain stakeholders and strengthening management and decision-making.
These cases also reflect an important direction for Make in Viet Nam technology: going beyond product development to building the capability to understand business operations, deploy technology in real-world environments, and create measurable value.
Sharing experience, connecting perspectives, and contributing to Vietnam’s logistics development

Through the conference, Smartlog not only introduced its solutions, but also shared practical experience accumulated from real-world deployments, contributing an additional perspective on how technology can address systemic challenges in logistics.
The event was also an opportunity for Smartlog to connect with the business and technology community and exchange views on emerging digital transformation requirements, data interoperability, and new operating models for increasingly complex supply chains.
By starting with the specific challenges faced by enterprises, Smartlog aims to contribute practical implementation experience to a broader goal: enhancing the digital capabilities, operational performance, and competitiveness of Vietnam’s logistics sector.
